As the specific guidelines for certain Victorian Department of Human Services (DHS) funded overnight bed based accommodation (under the DHS agreement with health service and other service agencies) these guidelines are really important for agencies and their consultants to access . With the latest update in Nov 2009 we have found the updated Fire Risk Management guidelines (FRMG) difficult to find on the DHS website.
